Ring Quick Release Battery Pack- Replacement/ Spare Battery for Ring Devices

I ordered a spare battery for my Ring device, but it never arrived because it was apparently confiscated by the postal service as it was classed as a dangerous item. I contacted the seller to ask about this, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. As a result, I’ve paid for an item I never received and have been left with no communication or support. Very disappointed with both the service and the lack of customer care.
